WHAT DOES PREGNANCY PERSONAL TRAINING INVOLVE?
Sessions are tailored for you and so will vary for each person as it will depend on the stage of your pregnancy, fitness levels and your individual needs.
We will work on

· Optimal core strength because this is hugely important in pregnancy
· Safe lifting techniques and resistance training for pregnancy
· Pelvic floor work
· Nutrition and lifestyle guidance

Primarily all sessions are designed to help you have a smooth, energy-filled pregnancy. Safely avoid issues which can occur during pregnancy. These issues include pelvic floor pain, water retention and the start of diastasis recti (abdominal separation).
WHAT DOES POSTNATAL PERSONAL TRAINING INVOLVE?
My postnatal training sessions are built around you. Firstly, taking into account how recently you had your baby. Whether you had any issues such as diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction. Also, your current fitness level and dysfunction. We will work on
​
· Optimal exercises for core and pelvic floor recovery.
· Modified training if you are experiencing any issues with diastasis recti or pelvic floor problems.
· Resistance training to help rebuild and strengthen postnatally.
· Nutrition and lifestyle guidance

The sessions are designed to help you make a fast recovery. They can also help you avoid health issues which can occur postnatally such as pelvic floor pain and diastasis recti (abdominal separation). Allowing you to feel confident in your body’s abilities and strength.
WHAT IS PRE & POSTNATAL RESISTANCE TRAINING?
Resistance training gives women that curvy and lean body we all long for. You will have strong curves in all the right places.

Ease yourself back into fitness after having a baby.

Boost your confidence, find what exercises and training techniques are best for your particular weak points, and learn how to strengthen them- including restoring your pelvic floor weakness and abdominal separation.
WHAT IS PRE & POSTNATAL ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING?
· Pre and postnatal one to one personal training sessions are only 40 minutes long, so they are more baby/child friendly and more manageable for pregnant ladies.

· All sessions include warm up & cool down
​
· All sessions are custom made and suitable for ladies needing to heal diastasis recti and general pelvic floor tone.

· Baby/toddler friendly resistance training sessions/classes
​
I pride my classes on the fact that the numbers are kept small to pay enough attention to everyone, keeping them safe, and ensuring no further damage is caused to already separated abdominals.
